Our inland rooms, named after types of sailing boats, face the valley to the back of the hotel, and our partial sea view rooms offer a glimpse of South Sands beach. Inland and partial sea rooms vary in size and details can be found on individual room listings.
Yawl Room 12
Yawl Room 12 is one of our large partial sea view rooms. It is furnished with a super king size bed, two armchairs, an ottoman and a desk/dressing table with a stool. The room has two Juliette balconies with partial views over the beach and estuary.

Enterprise Room 4
Enterprise Room 4 is one of our medium sized inland facing rooms. It is furnished with a king-sized bed, chair, and a desk/dressing table with a chair. Accessed through an archway, the room has a small windowed dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower.

Enterprise Room 5
Enterprise Room 5 is one of our medium sized inland facing rooms. This dog-friendly room is furnished with a king-sized bed, two chairs, a desk/dressing table with a chair and has a small balcony. The bathroom has both a walk in shower and a bath.

Enterprise Room 6
Enterprise Room 6 is our largest inland facing room. It is furnished with a king-sized bed, two chairs, an ottoman and a desk/dressing table with a chair. The room offers the quirky feature of a slipper bath in the bedroom, along with two Juliet balconies with valley views and a large walk in shower.
Enterprise Room 6 has ample space for a cot or J-Bed.

Optimist Room 1
Optimist Room 1 on the Ground Floor is our medium sized, wheelchair accessible room accessed through a separate entrance with handrails along the corridor and a ramp to the room.
It is furnished with a super king size bed that can be split into twin beds on request, an armchair and a dressing table/desk with a stool. Optimist Room 1 has air conditioning and is as allergy free as possible.
The en-suite has a wet room with two showers. One is adapted to be wheelchair accessible and has a removable chair and handrail. The other is a standard shower.
There is space for a separate cot on request.

Optimist Room 2
Optimist Room 2 on the Ground Floor, has been designed as an Ambulant Disabled accessible room and is accessed through a separate entrance with a ramp and then two steps into the room.
It is furnished with a king size bed, an armchair and a desk/dressing table with a stool. Optimist Room 2 has air conditioning and is as allergy free as possible.
The en-suite provides a bath with an overhead shower with fixed handrails.
French doors open up onto the path that leads you directly to the beach.

Optimist Room 3
Optimist Room 3 is one of our smallest inland facing rooms. Furnished with a king-sized bed, two chairs and a desk/dressing table with a chair, Optimist Room 3 is perfect for couples or single occupants.
Situated opposite Room 12, Room 3 makes an ideal room for children with parents staying in the sea view room opposite.

Optimist Room 23
Optimist Room 23 is an inland view room. It is furnished with a king size bed which can be made into twin beds on request. The room also benefits from an armchair and a desk/dressing table with a stool. The en-suite offers a bath with an overhead shower.
