Room 3 is one of our smallest Valley Facing Rooms situated at the end of the first floor. It is furnished with a King sized bed, two chairs and a desk/dressing table and chair. The en suite provides a walk in shower and a bath. This room is also suitable for single occupants.
Room 3 is situated opposite Room 12 making it ideal for children of parents in a Sea View Room close by.
Our Enterprise and Optimist rooms are valley facing rooms that are still extremely comfortable offering the same finish and furnishing just overlooking the valley to the read of the hotel.
Rates are per room and based on double occupancy, bed & breakfast basis.

All of our rates are quoted per room, per night, inclusive of accommodation, full English breakfast and VAT and are based on two people sharing a bedroom. The tariff for single occupancy of our accommodation is £15 less than the listed rate when booked direct.
There is a minimum of a two night stay required in all room types during the weekends and throughout the year in all Beach Suites.

A deposit equivalent to the 50% of your stay will be charged to this card, on completion of this transaction your confirmation will be sent out to you either by post or email.
This deposit will be refunded provided that you have given 1 week notice
(A minimum of a two weeks’ notice will be required for July & August bookings; Christmas and New Year will require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice)
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Hotel. Any reservation or part thereof cancelled within the 1 or 2 weeks policy will be charged for.
