Charles come to the hotel bursting with enthusiasm all the way from South Africa and brings with him extensive experience in the hospitality industry from all over the world. More recently, he spent the last four years as Operations Manager at DeVere Venues, where he was based in Cheshunt.
Charles is passionate about food and drink and an outdoor person at heart. He’s delighted to be here in the stunning South Hams, where his three year old daughter now has the beach as her playground and as a keen runner, he now has cliffs and the ocean as his backdrop.
Designed in a classic New England style, the boutique hotel has twenty two beautifully appointed bedrooms, five opulent beach suites and a beachside restaurant and terrace that offer breath taking views of the estuary.
