The two ground floor rooms are fully air conditioned and allergy free. They are also equipped with facilities for disabled travellers. In particular room 1 has been designed specifically with the disable guest in mind and has wheelchair access, both to the room and the en suite shower, and assistance alarms.
Dogs (on advance request only)
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome. We have certain bedrooms that can accommodate dogs as well as their owners, and three of the beach suites are dog-friendly too. We accept a maximum of two dogs per room (Limited rooms throughout the hotel available for dogs, must be confirmed at booking) and there is a charge of £12.50 per dog per night. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the South Sands beach from 1st May to 30th September - this restriction does not apply to North Sands nearby.
Extra beds (on request only)
Many of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed, some can take two.
- Cots £12.50 for the duration of the stay
- Superior J-bed £35.00 per night, including breakfast
At the point of booking we will require your credit card details. A deposit equivalent to the 50% of your stay will be charged to this card, on completion of this transaction your confirmation will be sent out to you either by post or email. This deposit is non-refundable, however should you wish to cancel, and provided you have given 1 week notice for our low and mid seasons, the deposit will be kept for a 6 month period to allow you to re-book at a later date. High Season bookings will also have to pay the remaining balance of the full stay 2 weeks prior arrival date. This will also be the last time the customer can cancel the reservation and be able to re-book. Should a cancellation be made less than the 1 or 2 week periods prior to you arrival date, no re-booking will be permitted.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Hotel. Any reservation or part thereof cancelled within the 1 or 2 weeks policy will be charged for.
